Support Coordination Level and level 2  : Level 1 Support Coordination, known as Support Connection, helps participants understand their plan and connect with providers and community supports, aiming to build their confidence to manage their plan independently. Level 2, called Coordination of Supports, offers more in-depth assistance by helping participants design and implement a mix of supports, monitor service effectiveness, manage budgets, and prepare for unexpected challenges, all while building their capacity to live more independently and engage with their community.
