Lets Connect Support Services is a Registered Independent Support Co-ordination Company based in the SE region of Queensland.
Let's Connect Support Services has a vision for delivering services that truly meet customer needs. We understand that the journey to NDIS participation can be confusing and daunting for some people. Our strategy initially is to work with customers to make that journey as stress free as possible, and then work to develop individualised supports that help customers get the best outcomes from their NDIS plans.
Our Commitment to customers is to support them to find the supports of their choice that suitably meet their needs. Our aim is to provide a totally independent service based entirely on the customer, who they are and what they have a need for in their life right now.
Our dedicated team of Support Coordinators have years of experience in the disability sector and have over 40 years of shared knowledge.
