What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with allied health professionals to design and deliver tailored support plans.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and affirming space that celebrates diversity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking team members who are not only skilled but share our passion for inclusivity and advocacy. Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience in disability support, with a commitment to LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
• A deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities from diverse communities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to advocating for the rights and well-being of all clients.
• Relevant qualifications in disability support, community services, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
