Fresh Futures is all about creating space for people with disability—and those around them—to explore what’s possible. It’s about building confidence, connections, and real-world opportunities to imagine and shape an everyday life that feels meaningful: one where people feel part of something, contribute, and belong.

At its core, Fresh Futures supports young people as they transition out of school. It brings together community, providers, and families to help unpack the “what’s next” and spotlight the right supports to help each person move forward.

Each region has its own colour to help people connect with their local Fresh Futures presence, while still recognising the broader brand. The sun logo is all about possibility. Its orange gradient represents growth—starting from first steps through to bigger progress over time.
