Is there a cost for signing up to the MySolas platform?
We offer three flexible subscriptions (plans) for NDIS providers, each one designed to suit your needs and budget. If you're a sole trader or small business you can join from as little as $69/month. Or, if you service multiple states and regions, you can promote your entire business, hire staff, promote vacancies and more for one low monthly cost.
For NDIS participants and families or carers, MySolas is free to use.
Does MySolas earn commission when a participant uses the platform to select a new provider?
No, MySolas does not earn any commission when participants use the platform. Providers pay a subscription to promote their services and pay no additional costs to access leads or receive enquiries. We structured our pricing to ensure it is fair and accessible for all.
How does MySolas ensure providers are trusted and high-quality?
We verify every provider’s credentials and compliance before they join MySolas. Ongoing checks and participant feedback help us continuously monitor quality and maintain a trusted, safe platform.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
With a month-to-month membership you can cancel or change your membership with just 7-days notice of your next billing period.
Is my information safe on MySolas?
