Support for more complex needs

BlueRock Healthcare is clinically informed, with an experienced team supporting participants with a range of complex disability and support needs.

Our team includes clinical and mental health nursing expertise, experienced support staff and on-site operational oversight, allowing us to consider not only accommodation, but the level of support and environment a participant may require to live safely and comfortably.

Where appropriate, we can work alongside Support Coordinators, Allied Health professionals, hospitals, families and other members of the participant's care team to support a coordinated transition.
