Four new rooming houses at 4 Nandala Drive, Tanah Merah, in Logan. The first houses are expected from 30 November 2026, with the second stage expected from January 2027. Every unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area, good storage, a built in robe, air conditioning, a solid core door with a digital lock, and a patio downstairs or a balcony upstairs.

Communal areas are there if you want them and never required: a shared kitchen and dining space, a laundry, courtyards and a covered outdoor area with a BBQ for house catch ups. Residents are welcome to join Parcare community events and group activities if interested, and it is completely fine to keep to your own unit.
