With flexible accommodation and support arrangements, Pendle Hill is designed to support people with a diverse range of physical, psychosocial and complex support needs.

The apartments have been thoughtfully designed to make everyday living safer, easier and more independent. Spacious open-plan layouts, quality finishes and integrated smart-home technology are complemented by accessible features including wide doorways, automated entry options and practical, user-friendly kitchens within the SDA residences.

A key feature of Pendle Hill is the additional support available right where you live. Residents have access to an onsite nurse, providing an added level of clinical support and reassurance for people with complex and High Intensity support needs. We also work with a connected GP service that can provide home visits, helping residents access healthcare from the comfort of their own home when required.

The community also includes a dedicated activity centre, creating a welcoming space for residents to participate in activities, develop skills, pursue interests and connect with others.
