- Assisting with community access and social participation
- Supporting the development of life skills and confidence
- Encouraging participation in meaningful activities
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive routines
- Working collaboratively with Participants and Stakeholders

- Parents, carers or people with strong life experience
- Community-minded individuals wanting meaningful work

- Candidates with valid Australian work rights (including work visas)

Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (where required)
- NDIS Quality & Safeguards Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or related field), or willingness to obtain with support from our team
Willingness to complete required training including:
- Manual Handling / Safe Lifting Training
- Medication Administration Training
- Infection Control Training
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred support practices
Relevant lived experience and strong personal values are highly regarded!
Experience supporting people with disability, mental health, or complex needs is highly regarded but not essential for the right person!
