• Functional Capacity Assessments
• Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
• Home modification assessments
• Therapy interventions
• NDIS reports and supporting documentation
• Goal-focused therapy for participants across the lifespan

Requirements
- Experience providing occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across a range of ages and disabilities.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and person-centred practice.
- Ability to complete functional capacity assessments, assistive technology recommendations, home modifications, and therapy intervention plans.
- Experience writing high-quality clinical reports and supporting documentation for NDIS funding reviews and plan reassessments.
- Excellent assessment, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the Care 4 Home team.
