- Previous experience in disability, aged care or youth work is preferred
- A genuine commitment to supporting people and making a positive difference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to follow support plans, workplace procedures and relevant standards
- A person-centred and respectful approach to your work
- Availability that aligns with the requirements of the role
