As the HR Manager, reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in building, supporting, and maintaining a strong and compliant workforce.

This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the organisation meets NDIS compliance and quality standards, overseeing HR policies and procedures, and managing company assets. You will support a respectful, person-centred workplace culture while ensuring compliance, governance, and best-practice HR processes across the organisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a sound understanding of NDIS requirements, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to people management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing company assets and internal systems
  • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
  • High attention to detail with a strong compliance and governance focus
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and report directly to the Director

Certifications

  • Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or
  • Diploma of Human Resource Management
