MySolas Match works similarly to how a support coordinator would connect you with service providers, without costing you or your NDIS plan a single cent. Instead of spending hours searching online, or contacting dozens of providers individually, with MySolas Match you can submit a support request in just a few steps and our expert team handles the rest. 

Once an enquiry is received, one of our Provider Experts personally manages the process from start to finish. They take the time to understand your needs, preferences, and goals before reaching out to suitable providers to confirm availability and suitability. A tailored shortlist of options is then presented to you, your family member, or your support coordinator, providing clear choices and support throughout the decision-making process.

How the MySolas Match process works 

1. Submit your support request in a few minutes 

Participants, family members, support coordinators, or carers can submit a MySolas Match request in just a few short minutes. You can detail: 

  • The supports or services you need  
  • Preferred start date for supports 
  • Location services are required 
  • Any particular preferences you have, such as support worker gender, language spoken, or otherwise 
  • Additional requirements or information that might be helpful for a successful match 

The more details you provide, the faster it is for our team to find your perfect match. We keep your details secure until you are ready to share these with your preferred provider. 

2. Your request is carefully reviewed 

Once submitted, our MySolas provider experts review your request to better understand your support needs and preferences. 

If we need more information, we will likely get in touch with you either through the MySolas inbox (if you have an account), send you an email or give you a call.  

3. Providers are pre-vetted 

Once an enquiry is received, our Provider Experts personally reach out to verified providers to confirm their availability, relevant skills and experience, and their ability to meet the specific requirements of the request. They also take into account key factors such as support type, location, participant preferences, and current capacity to ensure each provider is a suitable match. This careful, hands-on approach means we only recommend providers who are genuinely aligned with your needs, helping to create a more efficient and reliable matching process. 

4. Choose your perfect match 

Once our team makes our recommendations, we make introductions and give you the opportunity to review each provider before making a selection that feels right. 

The goal is to help you feel confident in choosing a provider that aligns with your goals and support requirements. 

If you don’t like any of the suggested providers, simply let us know and we’ll go back out to market to find you a suitable provider from our wider network.
