A: I’m Dr. Sulaiman Malaji, CEO and Senior Specialist Support Coordinator at Optimum Care Group. With over 10 years of experience across the medical and disability sectors, I blend clinical expertise with a passion for helping people achieve their goals. My background includes a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences and a Master of Podiatric Medicine, and I’m committed to supporting clients with conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, and many more.

Q: How do you approach things differently in the NDIS sector?
A: Empowering clients through choice and control is at the heart of what we do. I believe in personalised, flexible care pathways that reflect both the medical and lifestyle needs of each individual. I also focus on enhancing accessibility, especially for clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
