Description
Essential Supported Living provides person-centred NDIS support across Western Sydney, South West Sydney, Liverpool and the Sutherland Shire. We support participants to build independence, maintain their wellbeing and live life on their own terms.
Our services include in-home support, assistance with daily living, meal preparation, medication support, community participation, appointment support and personalised care plans tailored to each participant’s goals, preferences and routines.
Our qualified and trained support team is committed to providing safe, respectful and reliable support while recognising each participant’s cultural, personal and individual needs. We work collaboratively with allied health professionals and other support services to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
With current capacity and no waiting list, Essential Supported Living is ready to support new participants and help them achieve greater independence at home and in the community.
