Description
Livability Care Australia is a NDIS registered Supported Independent Living (SIL) care provider. We work with certified Specialist Disability Accommodation providers to bring a unique combination of care in shared accommodation to NDIS participants. We have well established services currently serving participants in South Australia, Queensland and Victoria.
We provide medium/long term accommodation and transition care in High Physical Support and Robust homes close to all amenities, medical precincts, and services with 24/7 tailored support to NDIS participants.
We also offer in home support services and community access to NDIS participant.
