SDA Global Group exists to give NDIS participants a genuine alternative to hospitals and aged care — a home built specifically around their support needs, not adapted around them.

Based in Crestmead, Brisbane, SDA Global Group specialises in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs — around 6% of NDIS participants nationally. Rather than simply placing participants into existing housing stock, the team partners with socially conscious investors and experienced builders to deliver purpose-built, custom-designed homes across all four SDA design categories:

• Fully Accessible
• Robust
• High Physical Support (including ceiling hoists, back-up power and home automation)

Housing is only part of the picture. SDA Global Group is also registered to provide Supported Independent Living, personal care, household tasks, life skills development, transport assistance and community participation — so participants can access consistent day-to-day support alongside their accommodation, rather than coordinating separate providers for each.

The team is multilingual and works closely with hospitals, health services, and youth and employment organisations across the community, with a person-centred approach that keeps each participant's voice and preferences at the centre of the process. SDA Global Group proudly supports LGBTQIA+ participants and acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Traditional Custodians of the land on which they operate.
