Description
Able Digital Wellness was born out of a personal mission to help my cognitively disabled nephew, Dan, live a longer, healthier, and happier life. At our core is preventative health, but our platform goes far beyond that.
We offer curated exercise programs tailored to individual movement ranges and goals, with automatic progression and regression based on user interaction. We track movement against goals, monitor mood averages, and provide access to hundreds of dietitian-prepared recipes, as well as yoga, dancing, and breathing exercises, all at your finger tips, available on any device that has internet.
NDIS goal tracking and time spent on them are captured, with individualized reporting sent to the client’s care network and family. The platform is cloud-based and accessible on any internet-enabled device, allowing both individuals and providers to use it under NDIS funding. Providers can create client profiles in SIL, SDA, or community care settings to deliver healthier, more transparent, and accountable care.
In partnership with Griffith University, Able Digital Wellness delivers measurable results that improve well-being, reduce costs, and decrease staff turnover, benefiting both individuals and care providers alike.
