Alpha Care And Share is a registered NDIS provider specialising in delivering high-quality, person-centred support for participants with complex needs, particularly those living with significant mental health challenges.
Alpha Care And Share is a proud family-oriented business, led by a dedicated husband-and-wife director team. Both directors are highly experienced mental health nurses with over 20 years of clinical expertise gained across various hospital departments, predominantly in specialised mental health services. This strong professional foundation enables us to provide safe, informed, and compassionate care to participants requiring complex and high-intensity supports.
As a family-run organisation, we understand the importance of trust, consistency, and genuine relationships. We work closely with participants, their families, carers, and stakeholders to ensure supports are delivered in a respectful, supportive, and collaborative manner.
