Blue Wing Care is a values-led NDIS provider offering personalised support services throughout New South Wales and Queensland.
Founded by Zoe Norton—whose daughter Courtney lives with Cerebral Palsy—our approach is shaped by lived experience, empathy, and a true understanding of what meaningful care looks like.
Our services are designed to work together, creating a wraparound support system tailored to each person’s goals. From everyday assistance like personal care, transport, and core supports, to more complex needs such as Supported Independent Living (SIL), support coordination, and plan management—every service we offer is connected, helping to build a stronger foundation for independence and well-being.
We also offer allied health support through our experienced team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists. Their work often complements other services by helping participants gain new skills, adapt their homes for comfort and safety, and communicate with more confidence—further enhancing daily living and community participation.
