Description
Brave Minds Social Services is an NDIS-registered mental health service provider specialising in person-centred support for people living with mental health challenges and psychosocial disability. We support participants to achieve greater independence, wellbeing and quality of life through compassionate, individualised support tailored to their needs, goals and preferences.
Our experienced team provides compassionate, consistent and individualised support based on each participant’s needs, preferences and goals. We work alongside participants to support their wellbeing, recovery, independence and meaningful participation in the community.
Our services include Supported Independent Living, Housing, Support Coordination, Community and Social Participation, Community Access, In-Home Support, Daily Living Support, Recovery Coaching and other supports tailored to individual needs.
Through our Housing Program and Supported Independent Living services, we provide safe, supportive and stable accommodation environments that help participants build independence and work towards their individual goals.
