Canacare

I am pleased to introduce CanaCare and our specialized support services .We are based in  Perth and our team is led by an experienced RN with a team of support workers with diverse work and lived experience .We operate from Byford and cover areas south of the River. 

Canacare combines clinical expertise with lived experience to assist individuals managing ABI, stroke, neurological conditions, autism, and mental health challenges. Our approach focuses on creating meaningful partnerships that empower our clients to live without limits.

We provide comprehensive Core Supports for social and community access, as well as high-intensity assistance with activities of daily living. Additionally, our Capacity Building  includes wound care, Peg, stoma, catheter management, continence support, seizure support ,brain injury condition and  diabete  management.
