Founded by Dr. Atif Khan, an experienced GP with deep roots in the Bunbury region, Care Axis is dedicated to providing compassionate and empowering support for individuals with disabilities across the Southwest of Western Australia. Our mission is to fill the gaps in disability support services and make a meaningful impact in our community.
