Description
Care Steps Australia is a registered NDIS provider based in South West Sydney. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.
We currently have immediate capacity to provide the following services:
- Personal Care and Assistance with Daily Living
- Domestic Assistance and Household Cleaning
- High-Intensity Supports, including catheter care, complex bowel care, PEG feeding, subcutaneous injections, and complex wound management
- Community Nursing Care for participants with high support needs
- Meal Preparation and Nutritional Support
- Community Participation and Social Engagement
