Description
Eben Care Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Perth and surrounding areas. We provide safe, reliable and person-centred services tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals, culture and preferences.
Our services include personal care, high-intensity daily personal activities, community nursing, household assistance, community participation, transport, life-skills development, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and assistance with life-stage transitions.
Our experienced team includes registered nurses, social work professionals and trained disability support workers. We support people with physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities and complex or high-intensity support needs.
We take time to match participants with suitable workers and collaborate with families, guardians, support coordinators and allied health professionals. Our focus is to promote independence, dignity, choice, safety and meaningful community participation.
At Eben Care Services, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all support. We listen first and build services around what matters most to each participant.
