Description
At Hands For Community, we provide dedicated, comprehensive, and person-centred NDIS support services for individuals aged 15–65 living with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, developmental conditions, and complex care needs.
Hands For Community is a registered NDIS provider in Sydney that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities and promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

Our services include dedicated Registered Support Workers, Hospital-to-Home Transition Support, support for Autism, ADHD, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, Complex Nursing Care, Specialised Mental Health and Physical Disability Support, Physiotherapy Support Services, Innovative Community Participation, as well as SIL (Supported Independent Living) and Respite Care services, all tailored to promote independence, wellbeing, and person-centred care.
