Hold Hands Services is a registered NDIS disability support provider dedicated to empowering people with disabilities across Western Sydney. We provide personalised support that helps participants achieve their goals and actively participate in their communities.
Our experienced team brings compassion, professionalism and genuine commitment to every interaction. Whether you need personal care, life skills help, or community support, we walk alongside you every step of the way.
We offer a wide range of services including Community Participation, Household Task Support, Life Skills Development, Personal Care, Respite Care and Supported Independent Living. Our support workers are fully trained, screened and qualified.
With 5+ years of experience, 200+ participants supported across 12 suburbs in Western Sydney, we are here to help you live independently, connect with your community, and achieve your goals.
