Inclusive Community Care is a dedicated disability service provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability across South East Melbourne.
We believe every person deserves to feel valued, respected, and included in their community. Our team works closely with participants and their families to provide supports that are tailored to individual goals, preferences, and needs.
With a strong focus on dignity, choice, and independence, we create a supportive environment where participants feel safe, empowered, and encouraged to achieve their full potential. Our staff are experienced, compassionate, and trained in line with NDIS Practice Standards and Australian best practices.

Inclusive Community Care offers a range of flexible supports designed to enhance daily living, independence, and community participation, including:
