Description
Infiniti Care is a registered NDIS provider led by Dee, a registered nurse with over 7 years of experience in the disability sector. Including an extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of complex care needs.
Infiniti Care was created to provide a more personal and hands on approach to disability support. As a smaller, nurse led provider, our team is able to stay closely involved in the support we provide and give participants, families and support coordinators a clear point of contact.
We take the time to match participants with support workers who suit their needs, preferences and personality, with a focus on building trust. Our team also takes the time to understand each participant’s routines, goals and how they want their support delivered.
We stay involved from the initial enquiry and onboarding through to support planning and ongoing communication. We aim to respond to enquiries and requests for changes within 24 hours, so participants, families and support coordinators know who to contact when something needs to be discussed
