Our Services
At KuCare, we provide personalized NDIS support and community nursing services designed around each participant’s individual needs, goals, preferences and lifestyle. As a Registered NDIS Provider in Brisbane, our team of experienced Registered Nurses and trained Support Workers provides practical, personal and clinical support to help participants live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.
Our services include:
Daily Personal Care & Activities
Support with showering, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, continence care, mobility, transfers, meal preparation and feeding.
Household & Domestic Assistance
Support to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home, including cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, tidying and household organization.
Community Nursing & Clinical Care
Registered Nurse-led support for participants with complex health needs, including nursing assessments, clinical monitoring, wound care, medication management, chronic disease management and post-hospital care.
High-Intensity Support
Specialized support for complex care needs, including enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilation management, complex bowel care, urinary catheter management, severe dysphagia and subcutaneous injections.
Epilepsy & Diabetes Management
Support with seizure monitoring and individual epilepsy management plans, as well as blood glucose monitoring, insulin support and coordination with healthcare professionals.
Medication Management
Support with medication prompting, administration, monitoring, documentation and coordination with GPs, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
After-Hospital Care
Support during the transition from hospital back to home, including personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, meal preparation and community access.
In-Home Short-Term Respite
Temporary support that allows carers to take a break while participants continue receiving safe and personalized care in their own home.
Mental Health & Psychosocial Support
Practical and emotional support to build confidence, maintain routines, attend appointments and community activities, and reduce social isolation.
Community Access & Support
Support to participate in the community, attend appointments and activities, and maintain social connections and independence.
