Description
Make a Difference Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Sydney and Victoria. Founded by experienced leaders with over 10 years in the disability and mental health sector, we specialise in supporting participants with complex needs, high and challenging behaviours, and individuals transitioning from custodial, hospital, or mental health settings back into the community.
We operate from a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework and work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, consistent, and outcome-focused supports. Our team has extensive experience supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities, ASD, and dual diagnoses, including justice-involved participants.
