Description

Maweja Super Care exists to deliver outstanding support to people living with a disability. We are here to help our participants live as independently as possible within their own home and give them the training they need to develop their skills to live life autonomously. We also provides Psycho-Social Recovery Coach, Assistance With Personal Activities, Community Access Health Care Nursing, In-home Support, Mental Health , Specialised Disability Daily Tasks, Youth Mentorship, Independent Living Option (ILO) ,Mental Health and Supported Independent Living services. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to have access to 5-star quality support when they need it.

 

We are passionate about working with people to help them achieve their dreams and creating a realistic roadmap for how we will help them to do this. We work with you every step of the way so that you can feel confident that we are heading in the direction that you want.
