Description
Nafwam Care Pty Ltd provides personalised, reliable and high‑quality disability support services to participants across the Redland Bay region in Queensland. We focus on building independence, confidence and meaningful daily living outcomes through respectful, culturally aware and person‑centred support.
Our team delivers a wide range of Core Supports, including:
- Assistance with Daily Living Support with personal care, morning and evening routines, meal preparation, household tasks, medication prompts and everyday living activities.
- Community Participation Helping participants stay connected through social outings, appointments, recreational activities, community events and skill‑building opportunities.
- Household Tasks Cleaning, laundry, home organisation and essential domestic assistance to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Transport Assistance Safe and reliable transport to appointments, community activities, shopping, social engagements and essential daily needs.
- Capacity Building Support (light) Encouraging independence through guided skill development, confidence‑building, communication support and routine planning.
