We are Premium Living, a leading provider of disability services within the Perth Metro area. We are based South of the River in Byford, and we are excited to announce that we have expanded our capacity to offer core support services across the region.

We are currently accepting core support referrals in the South of the River area and are pleased to offer the following services:

• Assistance with Daily Tasks/Shared Living: Helping participants with daily living activities in both individual and shared settings.
• Household Tasks: Assisting with household chores to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Community Access:  Supporting participants in engaging with their communities, attending social events, and participating in activities.
• Assistance with Travel and Transport:  Providing transportation assistance to help participants get to their destinations safely.
• Assistance with Personal Activities (High Needs):  Offering support for personal care and other high-need activities.
• Development of Daily Living & Life Skills:  Helping participants develop essential life skills for greater independence.
• Interpreting & Translation: Providing language services to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities:  Encouraging and facilitating involvement in community and civic activities.
• Physical Wellbeing Activities:  Promoting physical health through tailored activities and programs.
• Assistance with Life Stages, Transition, and Support:  Supporting participants through various life stages and transitions with personalized care.
• Management of Funding for Supports in a Participant Plan:  Helping participants manage their NDIS funding effectively.
• Therapeutic Supports:  Offering a range of therapeutic services to enhance overall well-being.
• Specialized Disability Accommodation:  Providing tailored accommodation solutions for individuals with specific needs.
