Revital Care provides personalised NDIS support with a strong focus on outdoor, nature-based day programs that keep participants active, engaged and confident.
We’re dependable, easy to work with, and offer the full range of NDIS supports, including Community Participation, Core Supports, Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Life Skills Development, Social and Recreational Activities, Group Activities and Transport.
Our unique strength is our outdoor programs such as archery, horse riding, fishing, hiking, outdoor cooking and leatherworking. These experiences build confidence, independence and genuine enjoyment.
We plan fun, meaningful days and have high engagement and retention rates, reflecting the quality of support we deliver.
