Description
Unity Path Care is a compassionate, family run disability support provider dedicated to delivering high quality, person centred support across Melbourne’s Eastern and South Eastern suburbs. We provide Core supports to participants aged 17 and above.
At Unity Path Care, we pride ourselves on inclusion and diversity. Every individual is different and we believe that providing support should have the same outlook.
Whether it’s assisting with daily living, in home support, community access or participation we aim to provide services that build on our participants skills and empower their own independence. Our supports are tailored to each participants needs and preferences to ensure that we are providing the best quality services to everyone.
Unity Path Care’s diverse and empathetic team ensure that our participants feel heard, seen and valued every step of the way. We also have the capacity to assist participants that want or prefer to speak in their native language of Arabic, Farsi, Hindi and Punjabi.
