About Valour Community Care
Valour Community Care is a family-owned NDIS provider based in Chermside West, founded on two core values: Clinical Excellence and Unwavering Integrity.
Directed by husband-and-wife team Alan Antony and Boby Xavier, our service is unique in the industry. As a Veteran-led organisation, Alan ensures our operations are run with military precision, reliability, and respect. As a Nurse-led organisation, Boby (our Clinical Director and Registered Nurse) ensures every participant receives safe, high-quality care with proper clinical oversight.
We don’t just tick boxes; we are here to provide genuine, human support that helps you live your life your way, whether that’s complex nursing care, daily support, or just getting the garden sorted.
