Description
Thrive365 is a registered NDIS provider offering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) across a range of shared and individual homes, including SDA properties throughout New South Wales and Queensland.
We work closely with each participant, their family and support team to find a home and support arrangement that suits their individual needs, preferences and goals.
Our experienced team supports people with a range of disabilities, including participants with complex and high-intensity support needs, with registered nursing and clinical supports available.
