Not happy with the service you received from a provider? Let us know – we will personally get involved and support you through to a positive resolution and ensure you find a new provider that aligns with your preferences.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I receive my NDIS provider match results? 

Our team of independent provider experts will attend to your MySolas Match request as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days unless it’s urgent, and will begin contacting suitable providers to find your suitable matches. We will keep you updated during this process, by messaging you on your MySolas profile or calling you, and aim to have your provider matches ready within 3 business days. If you need urgent help, let us know and we’ll try our best to support you within 1 business day.

Do you only match with providers listed on MySolas? 

While our first point of call is our verified, trusted providers within the MySolas community, we don’t stop there to find you a suitable match. If needed, we will extend our search far and wide and connect with reliable providers from our extended networks. Our priority is always to find you the best possible supports.

Are all providers NDIS-registered? 

The MySolas community welcomes both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers. If you have a preference or requirement for only NDIS-registered providers, let us know in your request and we are happy to accommodate.

What are my options if I’m not happy with my provider match? 

We understand that things change and an initial provider match may no longer be suitable, you may have a negative experience or you might simply prefer to switch providers. No matter what your reasons, we are happy to support you and want to ensure that you have a positive experience. Get in contact with our team at hello@mysolas.com.au and we will support you in finding a new provider.

How do you determine which providers match my needs? 

After we receive your MySolas Match request, our independent team of provider experts will review your needs and preferences to determine what type/s of supports you require. We will then source providers that are located close to you and personally contact each one to ensure they have capacity and understand your needs. When we find one or more providers that are suitable, we will present these options to you for consideration. 

Does MySolas Match cost me anything to use? 

No! We are proud to offer our MySolas Match service free of charge to NDIS participants, families, carers and support coordinators. 

As an NDIS Provider, how can I receive MySolas Match requests? 

The best way to ensure you have the opportunity to receive MySolas Match requests is to join our community as a MySolas provider. We thoroughly vet every provider on our platform to ensure they meet our quality standards, and therefore are the best first point of call when participants and families are seeking supports. If clients have positive experiences with you, that will improve your chances of receiving more MySolas Match opportunities in the future.
